Need Support? We’re Here for You

Whether you need housing, meals, healthcare, or guidance, HEP is a safe place to start your journey toward stability.

Get Help Today

If you or someone you know needs support, start by contacting 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares or, for veterans, the VA Homeless Programs. These are the primary pathways for referral into shelter and housing services, including HEP. For immediate questions, our team is here to help.

What to Expect

At HEP, people come to us through partner agencies. Once referred, every new resident receives an intake assessment within 72 hours. From there, we create a personalized plan to meet immediate needs while working toward long-term stability.

Note: HEP cannot accept walk-ins. All clients must come through a referral.
